When we had the massive hail storm out in Wentzville back in September, 2023 Tim was at our house the next day, not only making sure everyone was okay but assessing all damage. He worked with our insurance company, made sure to meet with our insurance adjuster, was onsite for every single repair and even removed and installed all siding himself (with the help of his awesome son of course)! Tim answered every crazy question I had, big or small and never made me feel like I was bugging him.
